Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology

Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology includes the design, synthesis and processing of nanostructured materials including thin-film zeolites, carbon nanotubes, and nanowires/nanotubes of metals and semiconductors.

Current research interests include:

  • Chemical Sensor and IOT based on Nano-engineered Materials

  • Electrochemistry of Chalcogens and Chalcogenides including 2-D Metal Dichalcogenides

  • Graphene/Carbon Nanotubes Transistors

  • Semiconductor Hetero-structures, Synthesis, Characterization & Applications
